Jones Calls for 9/11 Criminal Investigation
Sat May 03, 2008 at 06:42:39 AM PDT
Based on evidence of what he believes is unignited thermite particles in debris collected within minutes after the collapse of the World Trade Center's first tower, retired BYU physicist Steven Jones called for a criminal investigation into the destruction of three World Trade Center high rises in a speech at a 9/11 conference in Boston. Public video of his presentation at the Decemeber 15, 2007 event was released on May 1 and can be seen below.
Site compliance note: This diary does not advocate any conspiracy theory. It attempts to report objectively to interested Kossacks a significant development in ongoing investigations about the events of 9/11.
War Hero McCain - More Data
Tue Apr 22, 2008 at 09:31:09 AM PDT
Yesterday, I wrote a diary about McCain's response to Elizabeth Edwards on Sunday's This Week about health care ("families should be making these decisions, not the government"), and how offensive and stupid it was:
Everyone knows who makes the decisions, and it ain't the families or the government. The line is hypocrisy and demagoguery on parade--not to mention it was uttered by someone who is the beneficiary of government health care.
As a coda to the diary, I added a reference to yesterday's news that Counterpunch is publishing a major series questioning McCain's status as a war hero.
Reaction to the diary was swift and negative: How dare someone on dKos engage in Swift Boating? How dare someone denigrate a war hero, even if he is a Republican running for the highest office in the land?
How dare you?
Are You Stupider Than Faux War Hero McCain?
Mon Apr 21, 2008 at 01:19:21 PM PDT
On Sunday's This Week, Stephie (aka Georgie Porgy) tried his mop-haired best to make up for what has been alternately called "tawdry" (Frank Rich), a "shameful night" (Greg Mitchell), "shoddy" (WaPo), and worse.
I was thinking Stephie made some progress, especially on the healthcare issue when he asked McCain why Americans couldn't have the same government insurance as he did.
McSame's answer is one of the most revealing of this twisted man's comments, easy to refute, and Georgie let the old man go.
Just how stupid are we?

Sat Feb 16, 2008 at 09:44:37 AM PDT
The dust has settled at Ground Zero, but the nation's first responders who came forth that day are still feeling its toxic effects: 70% of 9/11 rescue workers are sick and dying. They need our help now. Here's how you can help:

GWOT - Some Japanese Want Out
Mon Jan 14, 2008 at 06:20:40 AM PDT
Here's a story you won't see in the corporate-owned mainstream media: the public grilling of Japanese PM Fukuda over continued funding of Japan's participation in the Great War of Terror (c. 2004 Donald Rumseld) because of Japan's failure to investigate 9/11 as a crime against the Japanese people. Evidently because "President Bush told you so" isn't enough for some.
Lost credibility, much?
Michael Moore Praises Edwards, Rips Hillary
Wed Jan 02, 2008 at 07:17:29 AM PDT
Updated: Changed "Endorses Edwards" to "Praises Edwards."
Haven't seen this up yet, so for all of you Iowa poll watchers, endorsement detailers and primary freaks--Michael Moore hit his email list this morn with the following missive and dismissive of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. Ouch.
